Five Easy Steps To Raise Your Energy Level and Accomplish More

I have to be honest, my last week was painful emotionally. For no reason, I got stuck into the negative spiral: the business, the pregnancy, the relationships, every aspect of my life was off. We all have our ups and downs but when downs are coming to your way, it feels terrible. You either keep attracting more downs or you become mindful and try everything to get out of the cycle. Some of us have some practices and techniques to get rid of the negative thoughts and energy.

I have to be honest, my last week was painful emotionally. For no reason, I got stuck into the negative spiral: the business, the pregnancy, the relationships, every aspect of my life was off.

We all have our ups and downs but when downs are coming to your way, it feels terrible. You either keep attracting more downs or you hit the bottom, and the only thing you can do is to go back up. Become mindful and try everything to get out of the cycle.

What do you do in that case?

STEP #1 | YOU SLOW DOWN SISTER

And the first step to slow down sister is to disconnect from the noise.

The noise can come from many places. The most common is your phone. Disconnect from social media for one day. Leave your phone home and go for a walk, and see what happens.

By becoming more present to your life you release your stress and open doors for more joy.

One of my favorite mantra to do so is:

I forgive my past. I release my future. I honor the present.

Take a deep breath. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

And repeat!

STEP #2 | YOU BREATHE SLOWLY

Breathing is the quickest way to raise your energy level.

Slow breathing calms you and your brain. And allow more oxygen into your body.

When you deal with stress and negative emotions, slow breathing relax your brain. It’s kind of like a pacemaker for your brain.

Some of the ways I use to force me to breathe slowly are:

  1. I go for a walk outdoor

  2. I listen to a meditation song such as Mul Mantra - deep emotions guaranteed

  3. I meditate - even if it is just for 5 minutes -

  4. I snuggle with my kitty - soon with my son -

  5. I take a shower to wash out the negative thoughts - it really works well when nothing else seems to work.

STEP #3 | YOU DECLUTTER

If you have not, you should try.

START WITH YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Your closet, your bathroom cabinet, your office, your kitchen… it does not really matter. What matters is that you go for it and you throw away, clean, rearrange.

From my wardrobe and bathroom to my workspace and fridge, I decluttered everything. When I started I could not stop. It became addictive. I could not imagine the power of doing so.

Just do it. Get more clarity. You’ll spend less time organizing your space and thoughts, and you’ll gain in productivity.

THEN YOU GO AFTER YOUR THOUGHTS

All negative thoughts need to be considered and cleaned out.

Write them down. Read through. And let them go.

The less you control, the more miracles you create.

As soon as you free your brain from the unnecessary noise, you’ll breathe again.

STEP #4 | YOU FORGIVE

But what do you forgive?

You forgive yourself for the negative thought. You stop beating yourself, and you accept. You are human.

It is normal to not be positive all the freaking time!

Let go of your negative anchors because they are holding you back. You are meant for more and do not need an extra suitcase of unaligned thoughts.

Trust me it feels awesomely good to let it go.

One mantra that I love to use when I am in that situation

I forgive you. I love you. Thank you.

Close your eyes. Breath in. Breathe out. Repeat!

STEP #5 | YOU CHOOSE AGAIN

I recently learned that we can always choose how we feel.

I have decided to become a master of it.

I practice this choose again method every time I notice a negative thought arising. I’ve practiced it so much that it became a game for me.

  1. Catch the thought and acknowledge it

  2. Forgive yourself for having that negative thought

  3. Choose a different emotion.

FINAL WORDS?

Raising your energy level, attracting more positivity into your life, becoming more peaceful, washing off your stress, improving your relationships with others but also with yourself has never been so easy to reach.

Honestly, you have nothing to lose and everything to win.
